Medicare Set Asides – Attorney Merrilee Harrell of  Russell Wagg Gabbert & Budzinski PC, will discuss Medicare set asides. Also, as some members may remember, Robert Sagrillo of Protocols spoke at the September meeting regarding his approach to settling a case with medicals closed.  Anyone who has questions regarding that meeting may want to address it at this meeting.  1 General CLE Credit.  Phone-ins from other locations in Alaska are welcomed and encouraged.
