No election is needed for the At-Large vacancy because only one candidate submitted their nomination for this position. Ballots will be emailed to all active members in the Third Judicial District to vote in the election for the upcoming vacancies on February 24th. Ballots are email specific and cannot be forwarded. The voting deadline is Friday, March 13th, at 4:30 p.m. Results will be posted by March 16th at 11 a.m.
Board terms are typically three years; however, one vacant seat in the 3rd Judicial District represents the remainder of a term ending in April 2027. Because there are three vacancies in the 3rd Judicial District, a single election will be held to fill all three positions. Individuals may vote for three candidates in the election. The two candidates receiving the highest number of votes will be elected to full three-year terms. The candidate receiving the third-highest number of votes will be elected to the term ending in April 2027.
