Employment Opportunities
The employment pages are updated weekly as needed. If no application deadline is specified, listings will be automatically removed after two months.
- Attorney Employment Opportunities
- Non-Attorney Employment Opportunities
- Clerkship and Internship Opportunities
- Pro Bono Opportunities
Submissions: If you would like to post an employment opportunity, please send a summary of the position (300-word maximum), including the city in which the position is located in a Microsoft Word document to info@alaskabar.org. Posting is free.
As of March 1, 2024, all job postings are required to include salary ranges. Research has shown that including salary ranges in job postings makes applicants more likely to apply for a position and leads to a decline in pay inequity.
Bulletin Board
The Lawyers’ Bulletin Board was created as a service to Bar members where they can list and look for office space, office equipment, and other miscellaneous legal items to lease, buy, or sell.
All listings will be automatically removed after two months.
If you would like to post or remove a Bulletin Board item, please send an e-mail to the Alaska Bar Webmaster.
Non-profit Board Opportunities
The Non-profit Board Opportunities section was created to facilitate connections between non-profit organizations looking to expand recruitment and members in the legal community interested in serving on boards.
Submissions: If you would like to post a board opportunity for an Alaska based non-profit, please send a (300 word maximum) summary of the organization, term length, and contact information, including the city in which the position is located in a Microsoft Word document to info@alaskabar.org. Posting is free.
The Foraker Group has created Alaska Board Match as a resource for existing board openings and resources for both candidates and organizations. There are also revolving openings of both State and various city boards and commissions.
